Prices are subject to change without notice. Be sure to consult a current catalog
or contact us for current prices.
We normally ship all orders within 14 days of receipt. Backorders sometimes occur.
We will ship when available, or credit your account. Check appropriate box on
the order form.
If within 7 days of delivery, an item is discovered missing, we will promptly
replace it upon notification. If an item is discovered to be defective, please
return to us postage paid for exchange.
Gift certificates received as Door Prizes are redeemable only through JAKS Industries,
Inc. Only one gift certificate per order.
There is a 25% re-stocking charge on all returned items. Shipping charges are
non-refundable.
